Foton (BAIC Group) showed seven vehicles at IAA 2026, led by the first showing outside China of the CAVAN BEACON heavy truck: over 600 km on electricity, megawatt charging up to 1.44 MW (20–80 % in about 18 minutes), hydrogen versions for over 1,000 km. No European date for it yet. Foton sells in nearly 20 European markets, has a parts centre in Germany and plans local assembly by 2028.
