BYD Blade Battery, 651 kWh
Two numbers decide the case here: a ten-year, 1.2-million-kilometre battery warranty, well past the six to eight years usual in Europe, and a twenty-minute megawatt charge that puts a driver's break back into the schedule. 651 kWh is among the largest packs offered for a 44-tonne tractor. BYD does not sell this pack on its own and publishes no price for it.
