DAF XB Electric
DAF's smallest electric truck, a 4x2 rigid of 12, 16 or 19 t with 141 to 282 kWh of LFP batteries and up to 350 km claimed. For a cost comparison with a diesel XB: DAF gives an average use of 0.7 to 1.2 kWh per km across its electric range, 20 to 80 % in 40 to 70 minutes at 150 kW DC or overnight on 22 kW AC, and an 8-year battery warranty. What is still missing: a price, a lease rate and a consumption figure for the XB alone.
