SINOTRUK's electric 8x4 tipper for building-site transport, on show in Hanover, claims as little as 1.2 kWh/km and more than 350 km. That consumption figure is the only piece of a cost comparison with a diesel so far: battery size, price, charging, weights and payload have not been published.
